I went down to the post office and they said the package was picked up but they have no idea where it is, and that the Pitney Bowes carrier just scanned one of the packages and picks up all of them so it never will update any information on where they are. The phone is now lost somewhere despite saying that it’s still sitting at the post office. I dropped off the phone/package four weeks ago to USPS with a Pitney Bowes return label on it. I quickly noticed the mistake an AT&T sent me a return label and said that they would cancel the line.
